It's a new year & I'm sure you have some health goals you are so exciting about accomplishing! Well, no matter what the health goal, it will include shifting to a more plant-based lifestyle. There is so much information on the internet, & you just can't trust your Master's degree in Googalogy to suffice in providing the best information for your journey.

Although it can definitely lead you in the right direction, the internet should be your only resource. Health & wellness blogs flood the internet, but most are directed & lead by non-health professionals, & usually have biased opinions. A personal testimony can always be helpful, but be sure to look to the holistic wellness professionals that are not lobbyists & have nothing to lose by giving you the best information possible.
