Although it is known scientifically to create weight-loss, there is also studies that show that the toxic weight that is lost is more likely to return with a few extra pounds after a certain amount of time trying this low-carb, high-fat, high-protein diet.

🌿 Ketoacidosis mostly affects people with type 1 diabetes, but could be damaging to ANYbody. In fact it is the leading cause of death of people with diabetes. Have you had the KETO FLU? Vomiting? Gastrointestinal distress? An increase in fatigue? Lethargic? Diarrhea?
