At Discover C.A.R.M.E.L.L.E., we are creating the future of wellness by encouraging, cultivating & promoting healthy eating & balanced living. We are dedicated to inspiring all people to live happy, healthy lives, including you! It is extremely important for you to be well. Without good health, you cannot live the incredible life you were born to live.

Understanding what & how to eat is essential for wellness. You are walking food. Do you believe that? It's true! The food you consume gets assimilated into your bloodstream. Your blood creates your cells, tissues, organs, skin, hair, brain, & eventually, your thoughts & feelings. People who eat high-quality, nutritious foods naturally have higher energy, stronger digestion & clearer thinking than those who eat fast foods or lots of junk food. Yes, even too much 'vegan' junk food can be unhealthy for you. Our bodies need lots of whole, plant-based foods. Wherever you fall on this spectrum is completely okay. But now that you have this new tool, the 30-day journal, your life & your health are only going to get better!

Your body is completely intelligent. It is constantly sending you messages about what it needs for health & balance. These messages appear as cravings, intuitions &, sometimes, health problems. This journal will teach you to listen to your body's wisdom, deconstruct your health concerns & choose the primary & secondary foods (physical food & relationships) you need for vibrant health.

Beyond food, other forms of nourishment are essential for health. A spiritual practice, a desired career, regular physical activity & healthy relationships fill your soul & satisfy your hunger for living. When primary food is balanced & fulfilling, the fun, excitement & passion of your daily life feed you, making what you eat secondary.

This journal is designed to guide & support you as you discover the primary & secondary foods that are right for you. Use it with the intention of permanently shifting your relationship to food & health, because it will!

I am here to assist you along the way! If you are looking to take it a step further, consider being one of the 200 participants in our 2019 mindfulness case study. We will record your progress, concerns, & results creating a final research report contributing to scientific research. It is our goal to prove that no matter the age group, health challenges, background, or eating habits, if each person used this journal (females ages 4+) it will be key to unlocking & uprooting the 'why' behind our global health challenges.

Also, this report will call for reforms to ensure that women become key agents in health-care provision - centrally involved in the design, management & delivery of health services.
