Returns & refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to be accepted. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

- Hair accessories.
- Underwear and bodysuits.
- Swimwear.
- Vintage & Specialty Boutique items.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Making a purchase is simple! Just click on the CHECKOUT link in your cart and you will be directed to step-by-step instructions on making your payment for your order. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your orders to arrive. International orders may vary, depending on location.

How do I place an order?
Add the items that you would like to purchase, in the appropriate size and color if applicable, to your cart until you are ready to checkout. You may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. To bid on an item in the 'Vintage Boutique' please contact us directly at info@elle-ware.com with correct item number and bid.
